For episode two of Hacker Corner, Sheeraz talked with Cobalt's Community Manager, Elizabeth Ramirez, about what it is like managing the Cobalt Core. Elizabeth has been with Cobalt since 2017 and has managed the Core since 2019.
Elizabeth is the Manager of Community Operations at Cobalt. Her north star is empowering and setting up our Core community for success in their endeavor to use their technical skills collaboratively to secure global data and networks. Elizabeth joined Cobalt when it was a nascent start-up and looks forward to Cobalt taking PTaaS to the moon.
Sheeraz Ali is an information security professional with 3+ yrs of corporate experience with expertise in Web, Network, Active Directory, and Linux Security. Sheeraz is an avid open-source supporter and contributes to multiple open-source projects: Mobexler and CodeVigilant. He contributes to multiple Open communities like null and GDG Bhopal. He has also helped establish a local chapter in his hometown null Bhopal, GDG Bhopal, and FDC Bhopal. He has been a speaker at conferences such as Nullcon, c0c0n, Seasides, and BSides. He is also a founding member of Seasides conference. He also volunteers at various infosec conferences such as Seasides, BSides Ahmedabad, and Delhi.
