Inc. Magazine Reveals Annual List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies—the Inc. 5000

We are excited to announce that this week, Inc. magazine revealed its annual list of America’s fastest growing private companies, and for the second year in a row Cobalt is on that list! The Inc. 5000 list is a prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy and Cobalt is ranked 1497 on the list this year.  

Not only are the companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 very competitive within their markets, but this year’s list also proved to be especially resilient and flexible given the challenges faced in the previous three years. 

We’re proud to appear on the Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row. Being on the list is a proof point to the commitment and hard work of everyone at Cobalt despite the economic uncertainty, and ongoing impacts of Covid-19. We always say we have the best people, who are building the best products, and are pioneering a new industry. And this award is a small testament to that.

Inc. 5000 Methodology

Companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2018 to 2021. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2018. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2021.
