Paul Zymba is Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Cobalt, where he leads the end-to-end customer journey across customer success, delivery, and support. With over 25 years of experience in B2B SaaS and professional services, Paul brings deep expertise in scaling customer-centric organizations and driving long-term client value.

Prior to joining Cobalt, Paul held senior leadership roles at companies including Veracode—where he built deep expertise in application security—as well as Mendix, GAN Integrity, and Galvanize, overseeing global customer success and professional services operations. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
